Well as you all probably know by now, we just got back from Puerto Rico two weekends ago. We, along with about 35 family and friends went down to celebrate Matt's dad's 60th birthday. What a blast!
We flew in on Thursday morning, had lunch at the hotel in the afternoon (I had fish tacos with an Aussie Blonde drink) and relaxed for the evening.
Friday Matt's Uncle rented ski-doo's and we all went out on the water. Fun! Matt's step-MIL put together a very nice cocktail party Friday night at the hotel. I couldn't stop drinking my favorite drink - MINT MOJITO'S!
Saturday Matt, Emmah and I went to the rain forest during the day and then Matt's step-MIL thru a fabulous dinner party at the resort....lobster risotto, smoked tomato soup, and Sea Bass w/ Filet Mignon for our main course, followed with dancing.
Sunday, I took a dip in the pool before we had to leave :(
Puerto Rico is a beautiful island and I would recommend going there to anyone. I would love to go back with Matt (no baby) for our 5 year anniversary. Hopefully we will get the chance to do that.

What an amazing vacation! I'm slightly jealous. The pictures are great, so vibrant. I'm glad you guys had so much fun. I still have not had a mojito, but I'm sure that will change in a few months.
